Our Sablefish is wild-caught in Alaska and certified by the Marine Stewardship Council to be sustainable. Sablefish, also known as Black Cod, has an incredibly rich and smooth texture. It is commonly called “butterfish” due to its taste profile. Often served at high-end restaurants these filets are a great source of Omega-3’s that will be a tasty addition to your dinner table.
